About
The Houston Dance Co-Op (HDCO) is a volunteer-based community dedicated to providing an inclusive space for adult dancers to connect, collaborate, and share resources. Designed with local freelance, professional, and pre-professional performing artists in mind, HDCO offers a less formal setting that emphasizes community and mutual support.Our mission is to foster a supportive environment for working professionals and aspiring professional dancers, choreographers, and educators. We host workshops and social events for adults 21+, creating opportunities to share talents, recharge from the hustle of being a pro dancer, and thrive within the Houston dance/performing arts ecosystem.HDCO was created and co-founded by Rachel Redding and Verònica Ordoñez in June 2024.
